This policy explains what data the Revo Clips publishing tool ("the App") accesses and how it is handled.

Who uses the App

The App is used exclusively by the owner of Revo Clips to publish content to Revo Clips' own accounts on TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. It has no other users and does not collect data from the public.

Data the App accesses

• Basic account information of Revo Clips' own connected accounts (account ID, username, channel name), used to confirm which account is connected.
• Permission to upload and publish videos, captions and hashtags to those accounts.
• Publishing status of uploaded videos (e.g. processing, published) and basic statistics of Revo Clips' own posts.

How data is stored

Access tokens and publishing records are stored only on the owner's own computer. They are not sold, shared with, or transferred to any third party, and are not used for advertising or profiling.

Third-party platforms

Content is published through the official APIs of TikTok, YouTube (Google) and Instagram (Meta). Their own privacy policies apply to data processed on their platforms. The App's use of YouTube data follows the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time in the security or connected-apps settings of each platform (Google Account → Security → Third-party access; TikTok → Settings → Security → Manage app permissions; Instagram → Settings → Website permissions). Locally stored tokens are deleted when access is revoked or on request.

Children

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly process children's data.
